If you need to cancel or modify your order, please inform us as soon as possible. Once the order is en route to your address, no further requests can be accepted except for a change of address.

Pre-orders can be arranged up to 7 days in advance. You have the option to choose a delivery date on our website or notify us promptly after placing an order, and we will schedule it accordingly.
We are a delivery business only, hence it is why our product cost much less than those with a storefront. If you want to pickup at a certain location, send us an address and we will arrange your order with a selected time frame of pickup.

We offer same day weed delivery with an estimate the time (ETA) up to 1 – 2 HR delivery after order processed.
We open daily between 09:00AM to 10:30PM. First delivery start at 11:00AM and goes as late as 10:00PM. Order placed outside the time frame will be scheduled for first round of next day

We provide contactless delivery exclusively for accessible locations (excluding apartments or units). Additional instructions can be requested during checkout or before the order arrives.
Payment
We offer same-day delivery with payment options including Cash, Etransfer (EMT), and Paypal. It’s important to note that for EMT/Paypal orders, the funds must be processed before the driver can schedule the delivery round.
Interac e-Transfer may take 30 minutes to 2 hours to arrive, depending on your bank. To confirm your payment, check your email for an E-Transfer received notification. You can also check the status in your online banking account under Interac e-Transfer history. Please allow up to 2 hours for the funds to reach our payment system.
No, we do not take credit cards, but we are looking to add it in the future.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective. Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the completion of the order. Requests made outside this timeframe will not be considered.
