Exchange Policy
At our cannabis delivery service, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer an easy exchange policy for our customers. Here’s what you need to know:
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for you within 48 hours.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery, and they will guide you through the process.
- All exchanged items must be in their original packaging and unused.
- We reserve the right to deny any exchange requests that do not meet our criteria.
